Traditional Energization Process

Each Mrityunjaya Yantra is prepared only upon request and follows a sacred Vedic–Tantric energization process:

1. Lekhana – Drawing the sacred geometry and inscribing the prescribed mantras with focused intent
2. Jalaadhivaas – Submerging the yantra in water overnight
3. Invocation—Invoking Lord Shiva, the deity associated with the yantra
4. Pooja & Prana Prathishta – Performing the prescribed rituals using the sacred Hamsa Mantra
5. 508 Moola Mantra Japa – Recitation of the prescribed Moola Mantra 508 times
6. 508 Havan Offerings – Performing 508 fire offerings using the same mantra, followed by the application of sanctified ghee (Hutha Sesha)
7. 3-Day Ritual Completion – Completing the initial energization process
8. 7-Day Placement – Keeping the yantra at the feet of Durga Devi, the family deity
