Process: 
Once the ‘lekhan’ (drawing the geometric shapes and writing the mantras with an intent) is complete, the yantra is submerged in water overnight (jalaadhivaas) after which the yantra is energized through a number of rituals. 
1. Invoking the deity 
2. ⁠Offering pooja and prana pratishta with ‘hamsa’ mantra along with the name of deity 
3. ⁠Moola mantra japa for 508 times 
4. ⁠508 times of havan with the same moola mantra after which ‘hutha sesha’ (sanctified ghee) is applied 

Handwritten by Krishnan Nambuthiripad on silver sheet, energised and inserted inside a silver covering.

It takes minimum 3 days to complete the process and the yantra is kept at the feet of our family deity Durga Devi for 7 days.
