All orders are shipped within 15 days from the date of payment because each item is highly customized to an individual & purpose
We have free shipping for orders above 2500 INR. Order value below 2500 INR will be charged a standard shipping rate.
In case of any unexpected shipping delays by the logistics company, we shall not be held responsible
All the tracking details and updates will be sent to your email after dispatching the orders
We request our customers to be present at the address provided to collect the package. A total of 3 attempts will be made to deliver the package. If no one is available to pick the package after all 3 attempts, then the package will be returned to us and the customer will be notified.
If the customer still wishes for the package to be resent, then the shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer.
